Wonderful News

ZOGBY SATURDAY: Republican John McCain has pulled back within the margin of error... McCain outpolled Obama 48% to 47% in Friday, one day, polling. He is beginning to cut into Obama's lead among independents, is now leading among blue collar voters, has strengthened his lead among investors and among men, and is walloping Obama among NASCAR voters. Joe the Plumber may get his license after all...

Papers Which Endorsed McCain Kicked off Obama's Plane?

NY POST, DALLAS MORNING NEWS, WASHINGTON TIMES TOLD TO GET OUT... ALL 3 ENDORSED MCCAIN

**Exclusive**

The Obama campaign has decided to heave out three newspapers from its plane for the final days of its blitz across battleground states -- and all three endorsed Sen. John McCain for president!

The NY POST, WASHINGTON TIMES and DALLAS MORNING NEWS have all been told to move out by Sunday to make room for network bigwigs -- and possibly for the inclusion of reporters from two black magazines, ESSENCE and JET, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

This is Possibly Obama's Chief of Staff

For weeks they had been boasting that their program for turning out voters in the campaign's final 72 hours would swamp all his work. The voters had made those statements look ridiculous.

"I'll tell you this," Emanuel shouted out to his staff. "The Republicans may have the 72-hour program. But they have not seen the 22-month program!

"Since my kids are gone, I can say it: They can go ---- themselves!"

Like the Sound of Governor Tancredo

Rep. Tancredo weighing governor’s race
By Mike Soraghan
Posted: 10/30/08 04:12 PM [ET]

Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.), who announced his retirement from Congress last year before his insurgent bid for president flamed out, is weighing a run for governor in Colorado.

Tancredo has already started sounding out potential rivals. Former Rep. Bob Beauprez (R-Colo.), another likely candidate, said Tancredo recently invited him to his office for a political chat. Tancredo told Beauprez of his interest in running, and talked about avoiding a primary.

“He didn’t say he was definitely running. He said he was definitely interested,” Beauprez said. “He said he didn’t think we should have a primary.”

A Tancredo spokesman said Tancredo was on a plane this afternoon and not immediately available for comment.

Voter Fraud Can Continue

Feds won't make Brunner reveal voter mismatches
Justice Dept. won't intervene
Thursday,  October 30, 2008 12:05 PM
THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH

The U.S. Justice Department won't try to force Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner to release details about new voter registrations that don't match government databases before Tuesday's election, officials said today.

A Department of Justice spokesman said the department will not intervene or investigate Ohio voter registration issues, though it reserves the right to step in if that is deemed necessary.

Another Gaffe or the Hidden Truth

BIDEN BLOWS FUZZY TAX MATH

UNDERCUTS O ON $$ BENEFIT

Gaffe-prone Joe Biden put his foot in his mouth again yesterday, mistakenly excluding millions of Americans from his running mate's tax-cut proposal.

The Delaware senator's latest blunder came while discussing Republican tax policies during a television interview in his hometown of Scranton, Pa.

"What we're saying is, that $87 billion tax break doesn't need to go to people making an average of $1.4 million," Biden said.

"It should go to middle-class people, people who make $150,000 a year."

Actually, Barack Obama has promised to cut taxes on households earning less than $200,000 a year while raising taxes on those who make more than $250,000 annually.

Rasmussen Says Gap is Closing

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows Barack Obama attracting 50% of the vote nationwide while John McCain earns 47%. This is the first time McCain has been within three points of Obama in more than a month and the first time his support has topped 46% since September 24 (see trends). One percent (1%) of voters prefer a third-party option and 2% are undecided.

So There is Bias Because McCain Campaign is Awful

As it happens, McCain’s campaign is going quite poorly and Obama’s is going well. Imposing artificial balance on this reality would be a bias of its own.

http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1008/14982.html

That is what Politico writes in their new story trying to explain the press coverage of the 2008 election and the biases. Everybody knows that the McCain has not been effective and has not done well, but that is no excuse for the bias in the coverage of the 2008 election. The media should always be objective and never should make the news, but only report the news and the media has failed the American people in this election cycle. Sean Hannity has said time and time again that 2008 is the death of journalism and I completely agree with him.

PA Could Swing in McCain's Favor?

In Pennsylvania, John McCain has pulled back within single digits of Barack Obama.

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of voters in the state shows Obama with 53% of the vote while McCain picks up 46%. That seven-point margin is half the 13-point advantage Obama enjoyed early in October.

Not coincidentally, Obama’s current lead is matched by a seven-point advantage on the question of which candidate is trusted more on the economy.

Finally McCain Campaign Taking Action

McCain camp demands L.A. Times release video

John McCain's campaign is demanding that the Los Angeles Times release a video of a party for a prominent Palestinian activist that Barack Obama attended in 2003.

The Times described the going-away party for former University of Chicago professor, and Obama friend, Rashid Khalidi, in a story in April. The story reported that Palestinians thought they might have a friend in Obama because of his friendships in that community, despite the fact that his positions have never been particularly pro-Palestinian.

"A major news organization is intentionally suppressing information that could provide a clearer link between Barack Obama and Rashid Khalidi," said McCain spokesman Michael Goldfarb, citing Obama's friendship with Khalidi, who is now a professor at Columbia University.

Obama Likes Marxist Friends

Obama Affinity to Marxists Dates Back to College Days

Barack Obama shrugs off charges of socialism, but noted in his own memoir that he carefully chose Marxist professors as friends in college.

By Bill Sammon

FOXNews.com

Tuesday, October 28, 2008

Barack Obama laughs off charges of socialism. Joe Biden scoffs at references to Marxism. Both men shrug off accusations of liberalism.

But Obama himself acknowledges that he was drawn to socialists and even Marxists as a college student. He continued to associate with Marxists later in life, even choosing to launch his political career in the living room of a self-described Marxist, William Ayers, in 1995, when Obama was 34.

Obama's affinity for Marxists began when he attended Occidental College in Los Angeles.

"To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully," the Democratic presidential candidate wrote in his memoir, "Dreams From My Father." "The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structural feminists."
