Obama Delays Mid-Session Budget Review to Mid-August (Update1)

July 20 (Bloomberg) -- President
Barack Obama is delaying
by about a month the annual mid-year White House review of
economic and deficit forecasts, amid wrangling with Congress
over the cost of his health-care and energy agendas.
